Field Notes
Support and resistance without the poetry
“Strong support” is not an observation. It is a verdict. In the Chart Foundations Workshop we replace verdicts with evidence you can point to: prior swing, session open, round number that has already traded, or a gap edge that has been tested twice.
When you journal a level, write the evidence in the same sentence. “Prior swing low from 14 May, tested twice this week” can be argued with. “Strong support” cannot. During review, weak language is usually where discretionary risk crept in.
If your charts look tidy but your notes still say “strong” and “weak,” start there before you add another drawing tool.
