How Aicloudconnect collects, holds, and uses personal information when you enquire about or attend sessions.
Data controller

What we collect
- Enquiry forms — name, email, session interest, markets traded, and your message
- Booking and invoicing — contact details, session dates, payment references
- Session preparation — charts and journal extracts you choose to send (treated as confidential training material)
- Site logs — standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site
- Cookies — as described on our cookies page
We do not ask for broker passwords, identity documents beyond what invoicing requires, or sensitive health information.
Why we collect it
To respond to enquiries, schedule sessions, deliver training summaries, issue invoices, improve the clarity of our pages, and meet legal record-keeping obligations in Australia.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer client relationship continues. Invoices and related financial records are retained for seven years as required for Australian business records. Chart packs you send for a single review are deleted or archived securely within 90 days after the session unless you join an ongoing mentoring block and ask us to keep a working file.
Your rights
Subject to Australian Privacy Principles, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or lodge a complaint about our handling of your information. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited details with accountants, email hosting providers, or payment processors solely to run the practice. Session content is not shared with other clients without your consent, except anonymised teaching examples with identifying details removed.
International transfers
Some email or hosting providers may store data on servers outside Australia. Where that occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle information in a manner consistent with Australian Privacy Principles.
Children
Sessions are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Updates
We may update this policy by posting a revised version here. Significant changes will be noted by an updated effective description on this page.
