Refunds & cancellations

How deposits, cancellations, no-shows, and session refunds work for Aicloudconnect training.

Scope

This policy applies to paid technical analysis training with Aicloudconnect: Trade Journal Review sessions, Chart Foundations Workshops, Weekly Review Circles, and Private Mentoring Blocks. It does not cover products we do not sell (software subscriptions, physical goods shipping, or signal services).

Cooling-off and eligibility

Where the Australian Consumer Law provides a cooling-off or consumer guarantee right, those rights apply in addition to this policy. Otherwise, refunds follow the rules below.

One-to-one sessions (Trade Journal Review)

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund of fees paid, or a free move to a new slot.
  • Cancel inside 48 hours: 50% refund, or credit toward a session within three months.
  • No-show without notice: no refund. We may offer a paid rebooking at full rate.
  • If we cancel (illness, studio closure), you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.

Workshops

  • Cancel 7 or more days before the workshop: full refund of fees paid, including deposit.
  • Cancel between 3 and 6 days: deposit retained; remainder refunded.
  • Cancel inside 72 hours or no-show: non-refundable, unless we fill your place from a waitlist — then deposit only is retained.
  • If we cancel the workshop, full refund or transfer to the next dated workshop.

Weekly Review Circle

Sold in four-week blocks. Cancel the unused weeks with 5 days’ notice before the next circle for a pro-rata refund of unused weeks. Weeks already attended are non-refundable. One missed week per block may be made up if you notify us 24 hours ahead; unused make-ups expire at block end.

Private Mentoring Block

  • Cancel before the first session with 7 days’ notice: full refund minus any non-recoverable admin fee capped at AUD $40.
  • After session one: refund is pro-rata for unused sessions minus the completed session(s) at the single-session equivalent rate, provided you give 7 days’ notice before the next booked meeting.
  • Work already delivered (summaries, written checklists) remains yours; fees for completed sessions are non-refundable.

Deposits

Workshop and mentoring deposits secure your place. Deposits become non-refundable when cancellation falls inside the windows above, except when we cancel or when consumer guarantees require otherwise.

Materials and preparation

Charts and notes you send remain your property. Preparation time we have already spent after receiving your pack is considered work started; for late cancellations inside 48 hours on one-to-one sessions, that is reflected in the partial refund rule above. We do not charge separately for ordinary preparation within the stated session scope.

How to request a refund

Email info@aicloudconnect.digital with your name, session date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If the original method is unavailable, we arrange bank transfer to an Australian account you nominate.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling outside the penalty windows is free once per booking. Further moves may be treated as a cancellation plus a new booking at our discretion during peak weeks.
