Acceptance
By using aicloudconnect.digital or enquiring about sessions operated by Aicloudconnect, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book training.

Services described on this site
Descriptions of sessions, workshops, rates, and methods are informational. A booking is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry in writing and, where required, a deposit is received. We may decline work that falls outside our scope (including requests for trade signals or account management).
No investment advice warranty
Training discusses how to read charts and record decisions. It is educational. It is not personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk capital.
Intellectual property
Session materials, worksheets, and written summaries we provide remain our intellectual property. You may keep copies for personal use. You may not republish, sell, or teach from our materials as your own curriculum without written permission.
Site content
We aim for accurate descriptions but may update pages without notice. Typographical errors in rates will be corrected before any invoice is finalised.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Aicloudconnect is not liable for trading losses, missed market opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in training. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.
Conduct
We may end a session early, without refund of the unused portion, if a participant harasses others, repeatedly ignores preparation requirements, or insists on receiving trade signals contrary to our stated scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or our services, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
Changes
We may revise these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
